Mastishk aur uski gerai mein chhipe anannya rahshya- article..


prachin kaal se le kar ab tak humara mastishk vibhinn vidwano, chiktsakon, manochikatshakon, daarshniko, dharm guruon aadi ka sabse charchit aur lokpriye vishya raha hai, vibhinn logon dwaara iss vishya par alag alag raaye avam alag alag paribhashaye di gayi hain, waqt aur kaal ke saath iski paribhasha bhi badalti gayi hai, jahan pahle mastishk ko shareer ke anya bhaagon se alag maana jata tha avam manovgyaan ko vigyaan ki shredi se dur rakha jata tha aaj mastiksh ko praani ke shareer ka ek abhinn ang maana jata hai aur manovigyaan ko bhi vigyaan ki shredi mein rakha jata hai,

    aaj se kuch varshon pahle tak ye mana jata tha ki manovigyaan kewal mann ka vigyaan hai arthaath isme mastishk vigyaan shaamil nahi hai, mastishk vigyaan avam maanav vyavhaar ko bhi isse alag rakha jata tha, kintu manovigyaan ki aadhunik paribhasha mein manovigyaan na kewal mann ka vigyaan hai apitu ye sampoorn mastishk, prani vyavhaar, vyaktitwa nirmaan, soch, samajh, paripkwata aadi ke aaklan ka vigyaan hai,


  vidwane ne humare mastishk ko teen roopon mein vibhajit kiya hai *1-chetan mastishk(conscious mind),*2- avchetan mastishk (sub- conscious mind ),*3- achetan mastishk(unconscious mind),  kahte hain humare achetan mastishk mein humare pichhale janmon ki ghatnaye bhi suptavastha ( unconscious) roop mein rahti hain kintu kabhi kabhi koi haadsa ya accident aadi se ya fir kisi aisi jagah jaane se jahan humara pichhale janm mein koi khaas rishta raha hota hai ye jaagrat avatha mein aa jaati hain, aisa isliye hota hai kyon ki  humara achetan mastishk chetan mastishk se sampark saadh leta hai athwa saadhne lagta hai jisse hume apne pichhale janm ki ghatnaye yaad aane lagti hai, aapne suna hi hoga ki kuch logon ko apne pichhale janm ki ghatnaye yaad hain ya yaad aa gayi hai, ye koi filmi kahaniya nahi hai apitu param satya hai kyoki aisa humari vaastavik zindagi mein bhi kabhi kabhi hota hai, jab humara achetan mastishk chetan mastishk se sampark bana leta hai tab aisi ghatnaye hona swabhaaavik hai,


kintu iska matlab ye nahi ki humara mastishk kewal achetan se chetan mastishk se hi sampark bana leta hai, humara avchetan mastishk(sub-conscious mind) bhi kabhi kabhi kisi ghatna ityaadi ke hone ki wazah se chetan mastishk se sampark bana leta hai, humne kayi baar dekha hoga ki koi ghatna ya koi baat jo humare saath bachpan mein hui thi par wakt ke saath usse hum bhool gaye kintu barshon baad kisi accident ya kisi anya wazah se wo bhooli hui baat yaad aa gayi, ya fir koi cheez barson pahle humne jahan rakhi thi tab dimaag se nikal gayi kintu ab kayi barshon baad ya kuch samay baad yaad aayi, iskee wazah ye hi hai ki uss waqt ki baat humare chetan mastishk se nikal kar avchetan mastishk mein chali gayi jisse hum usse bhool gaye lekin jab wo yaad aayi tab humare chetan mastishk ne avchetan se sampark saadha aur wo baat yaad aa gayi, iss prakaar humare mastishk ki ye teenon avasthaye kaarya karti hain, jo hume yaad hai, jo chal raha hai wo chetan mastishk yani ki conscious mind ki wazah se hai, kintu jab isse humare mastishk ki unn donon avhasthao mein se koi ek ya fir donon ki kisi ghatna ityaadi ki wazah se sampark saadh leti hai ya saadhne ki koishsh karti hai tab hume bhooli hui baate ya fir pichhale janm ki baate yaad aane lagti hain, kabhi kabhi to chetan mastishk confused ho jaata hai ki aakhir ho kya rhaa hai uske saath ye, aisi avashtha mein kisi manochikatshak se milna bahut jaruri ho jaata hai aise manushyon ko taaki wo jaan sake ki vartmaan kya hai, ateet kya tha aur iss janm se phle ka rishta kya hai, kintu ek yogya aur kaabil chikatshak ke paas jana hi shresthkar hoga isliye uske paas jaane se phle jye jaanch le ki kya wo manochikatshak anubhavi hai, kyon ki ek anubhavi manochikatshak hi isse behatar tareeke se samajh kar kaarya karega.

   yadi hum school/college/office aadi mein koi bhi likhne padne aur yaad karne ka kaarya karte hain to jo bhi hum padte hain wo sab conscious mind record hota jata hai kintu kabhi kabhi kisi wazah se jaise jarurat se jyada dimaag par dabaab ke kaaran ya fir kisi chot aadi ke kaaran ye sab humare subconscious mind mein chala jaata hai jo baad mein yaad tab aata hai jab conscious mind usse sampark bana leta hai, kai baar kisi accident ki wazah se kisi manushya ki yaadast jaana bhi ussi prakriya ka ek ansh hai.






    iske saath hi yadi hum kahi aisi jagah jaate hain jahan hum phale kabhi nahi gaye kintu waha ja kar aisa ahsaas hota hai ki hum waha pahle bhi kabhi aaye hain ya fir kisi se mil kar lagta hai jaise hum isse pahle bhi kabhi mile hain jabki usse pahli baar mil rahe ho, ye sab humare uss unconscious mind ka conscious mind se sampark banane ke kaaran hota hai, sachh to ye hai kisi janm mein hum waha gaye the, fir iss janm mein waha jane se humara achetan mastishk chetan mastishk ko sandesh dene lagta hai, usse sampark banane lagta hai ki yaha hum pahle bhi aaye hain ya iss shakhs se hum pahle bhi mile hain bhale hi uss shakhs ki umar/avastha chahe aapse jyada ho/kam ho/ya baraabar ho  iss prakaar unconscious mind ke humare conscious mind se sampark banane ki prakiya hoti hai par kab aur kitna sampark bana kar yaad dilaana hai ye sab kuch humare mastishk par nirbhar karta hai.

    kuch log humare article ko padne ke baad kahenge ki praani ki mrityu ke pashchaat uska mastishk bhi mar jaata hai, aur aatma ek naye shareer mein pravesh karti jahan ek naya mastishk usse prapt hota, fir bhala uske unconscious mind mein humare pichhale janm ki baate kaise record hoti hain, to yaha hum unhe ye batana chahenge ki manovigyaan na sirf maanav ke uss maas ke tukde se bane mastishk ka hi adhyan nahi karta apitu wo maanav ke shooshm shareer (micro body) ka bhi baareeki se adhyan karta  jiske pashchaat hi maanav mastishk ki ye teenon avashtaye nirdhaarit karta hai, ab log puchhenge ki ye mirco body kya hai, to micro body humari aatma hai, haalaki shareer khatm hone k saath uska mastish bhi khatm ho jaata hai jisse uski uss janm ki saari yaadein bhi khatm ho jaati hain kintu humare shookshm shareer yanki ki aatma isse yaad rakhti hai aur jab ye ek naye shreer mein pravesh karti hai naye janm ke roop mein tab iskee purani yaadein apne aap uss shareer ke mastishk mein vibhaajit ho jaati hain aur ye uss shareer ke mastishk par nirbhar karta hai ki wo kis yaad aur baat ko apne kaun se hisse mein rakhna chaahta hai. ab kuch log  ye sawal karegne ki kya aatma hoti hai?? to unhe hum batana chahenge ki jo humne apni psychology ki study mein pada tha kuch scientisht ko bhi sandeh tha ki kya waakai mein aatma hoti hai, kya sachh mein iss shareer ko chalana wali koi micro body hai jo iss shareer ko na sirf chalati hai apitu humare agale pichhale janmo ko bhi janti hai, unhone socha agar aatma ka pata lag jaaye ki wo hoti hai tab hum maan lenge ki ye sab sachh hai anyatha jhooth hai, manovigyaan ki ye galat dhaarana hai, to iss tathya ko saabit karne ke liye unhone ek aise aadmi ko sheeshe ke ek kamre mein kaid kar diya jiski kuch hi derr mein mrityu hone wali thi,wo kamra poori tarh sealed tha, na to hawa usme aa sakti thi aur na hi koi makhhi ya machhar, micro se micro cheez usme pravesh nahi kar sakti thi, iske saath hi uss kamre mein kisi bhi prkaar ki halchal dekhne ke liye jagah jagah camrey bhi lagaye gaye taaki waha ki har gatividhi ko dekha ja sake, aur fir kuch samay baad vegyaanikon ne dekha jaise hi uss aadmi ke praan uske shareer se nikalte uss kamre ki ek side ki deewar pe daraar pad gayi jaise koi cheez isse todti hui baahar gayi ho, ye theek ussi waqt hua jab uss aadmi ke praan gaye yani ki uske shooshm shareer ne uske bhotik shareer ka tyaag kiya, iske pashchaat vegyaanikon bhi manovigyaan ki aatma ke atitwa wali baat pe yakin ho gaya, unhe mehsoos hua ki koi shakti to hai jo humare shareer avam mastishk ko niyantrit karti hai,

 humare shaashtron mein bhi aatma ko amar aur humare sapmpoorn shareer ko chalane wale kisi chaalak ke roop mein paribhaashit kiya hai, aur aisa hi kuch humare manovigyanio ne bhi isse aise hi paribhashit kiya hai.

Mastishk jo na sirf humare shareer mein vibhinn nasson aur maas ka ek tukda bhar hai apitu ye ek abhinn ang  bhi hai, humara mastishk hi humare sampoorn shareer ko sanchalit karta hai, humari soch, humara vyavhaar, humari paripakwata, humara vyaktitwa aadi nirdharit karta hai, kul milakar kah sakte hain ki mastishk ke bina hum kuch bhi karne k kaabil nahi hai,

   
     kintu humare shareer ko sahi aur suchaaru roop se sanchaalit karne k liye ek swasthya mastishk aavashyakta hoti hai, ek servey ke anusaar aaj poori duniya mein kam se kam 80% log kisi na kisi prakaar ki maansik beemari se peedit hain, yaha hum aapko ye baat phale bata dena chaahte hain ki har koi dimaagi beemari pagalpan nahi hoti, pagal hona ek alag mansik beemari hai aur uss vishya mein hum fir kabhi charcha karege kintu aaj hum charcha kar rahe hain unn mansik beemariyon ki jinse aaj poori duniya mein 80% log joojh rahe hain kintu na to unhe aur na hi unke kareebiyon ko iss vishya mein koi jaankari hai, kintu iss article ko padne ke baad yadi log apne kareebiyon ke vyavhaar ko janne ki koshish karenge to ho sakta hai ki kaafi had tak unhe ye pata chal jaaye ki unka kareebi kahi kisi mansik beemari ka shikaar to nahi hai aur yadi hai to wo kis avatha mein hai? kya usse kisi chikatshaki aavshyata hai ya fir samay ke saath wo theek ho jaayga, iss prakaar maanav vyavhaar ka aaklan kar ke log apne kareebiyon ki maansik sthiti ka pata laga sakte hain.


    ye sach hai ki kuch maansik beemariya waqt ke saath theek ho jaati hain kintu kuch beemaryon ke ilaaz ke liye hume unhe manochaktshak ke paas le jaana padta hai, ye manochikatshak hi tay karta hai ki mareez ko ilaaz ke liye medicine ki aavshyakta hai ya fir sirf counseling kee ya fir donon kee, kabhi kabhi mansik rogi bina dawao ke sirf counseling ke dwaara theek ho jaate hain ya fir kuch ko dawaon ki jarurat padti hai ya fir kuch ko donon ki hi jarurat hoti hai, kintu beemari kitne gambheer hai ye kewal chikatsak hi tay kar sakta hai, hume sirf apne kareebiyon ke vyavhaar par nazar rakhni hai.


    manochikatshakon dwaara batayi gayi kuch ek pramukh mansik beemariyon ka ullekh hum yaha kar rahe hain, jarurat se jyada chidchida hona, baar baar jhagadna, jarurat se jyada confedent aur unconfedent hona, jarurat se jyada negative ya possetive feelings ka aana, jarurat se jyada ziddi hona, jarurat se jyada aggresive hona, jaurat se jyada khana khaana ya fir kam khana, jarurat se jyada neend aana ya fir bilkul na aana ya kam aana, kisi pratibimb ityaadi ka dikhna, jarurat se jyada darr lagna, kabhi kabhi jarurat se jyada bolna aur fir chup chup rahna bhi mansik beemari ke lakshan ho sakte hain, khud ko sabse adhik sarvshreshta samajhna, doosron ki samashyaon ko andhekha karna aur sirf apne baare mein sochna, baat baat pe bhoolna, koi kaam poora kar chuke hain lekin baar ye dekhna ki wo hua hai ya nahi, baat baat pe dukhi ya bewazah had se adhik khush hona, ahankaari jaisa vartaav karna, apni khushi aur abhilaashon ki poorti ke liye maansik mareez kayi baar gunaah tak kar baithte hain, nashe ki lat padna, kisi baat ki jarurat se adhik dhun sawaar hona, koi baat baar baar dohraana ya fir kisi baat ki rat laga jana, kisi ki samashya ko na sunna na samjhna, kisi ek  kaam ke peechhe pade rahna had se jyada ityaadi, ye kuch lakshan hain jo manovigyani avam chikatshak hume batate hain ki ye sab maansik beemari ke ho sakte hain, kisi bhi baat ko koi vyakti jarurat se adhik karta hai to ye samajh ke usse nahi chhodna chaahiye ki wo to aisa hi hai ya bachpan se hi aisa hai kyon ki aisa karna kabhi kabhi uske liye khatarnaak saabit ho sakta hai, agar koi bachpan se hi aisa hai to pahle ye jaanna hai ki bachpan mein kab se uske vyavhaar mein aise badlaav aane shuru huye, pareevar mein aisa kya hua jab se vyakti iss prakaar se vyavhaar karne laga, kya kabhi kisi shareerik ya mansik chot to usse nahi aayi jiske baad uske vyavhaar mein pareevartan aane shuru huye, iske saath hi uska heredity connection (vanshanugat sambhandh) bhi jaancha jaata hai ki uske pareewar ke anya log kaise hain aur kaise rahe hain, unka mareej ke saath vyavhaar kaisa raha hai, kabhi kabhi pareewar ka vyavhaar theek na hone par bhi vyakti mein mansik beemariya hone lagti hain jaise- chidchida hona, gaali dena, drohi hona, zidd karna, kisi ki nahi sunna, ghar ya baahar dadagiri jhaadna, gussel aur aggresive hona, khud ko hi nuksaan pahucha dena ya fir kisi auron ko ya fir donon ko yani ki khud ke saath dusre ko bhi, akele mein jyada waqt bitaana, khud ko apne pareewar se alag samajhna ityaadi kuch ek lakshan hain jo ek vyakti  ke baalyavastha se hi mansik beemari ki oor sanket karte hain kintu ye lakshan aane par avam maansik beemar sidhh hone par iska zimmedar marewz ka   pareewar aur uske kareebi pahle hote hain, aisa tabhi hota hai jab uske pareewar aur kareebiyon ka vyavhaara uske saath achha na raha ho yadi uske saath koi haadsa ya accident na hua ho aur iske baad uske vyvhaar mein pareewartan aaye tab bhi hum aisa bol sakte hain ki iska zimmedar uska apna pareewar aur kareebi log hain. iss tarah hum kah sakte hain ki koi bhi vyakti yadi saamanya se adhik koi asmaanya vyavhaar karta hai to isse uski aadat na samajh kar ek baar kisi achhe manochikatshak se paramarsh avshya lena chaahiye jisse waqt rahte hum iss prakaar mansik rogi ko pehchaan kar sahi samay par uska ilaaz kara kar ek swasthya vaatavarn taiyaar kar sakte hain. 


inn lakshano ke atirikt  kuch aur lakshan bhi hum mansik rogi mein dekhte hain jaise shareer ke kisi hisse mein dard rahna, baalon jhadna, chhoti chhoti baaton pe chintit ho jaana, atiyadhik dukh ya fir atyadhik khushi ka mehsoos hona, jarurat se jyada hasna ya fir baat baat pe rona, har dam thakaan mesoos hona, sapno ko sachh maan lena, kisi ki aawaz sunai dena jabki hakikat mein koi aawaz na aa rahi ho, kisi achhi ya buri sughandh ka mesoos hona jabki aas paas kaisee bhi koi sughandh na ho ityaadi hote hain, kintu inn lakshano ko dekhte huye hume sabse pahle paariwarik chikatshak ke paas paramarsh ke liye jana chahiye agar wo kuch na samajh paaye ya fir wo khud hi manochikatshak ke paas jane ki salah de to hi kisi achhe jaankar manochikatshak ke paas jana chahiye jisse wo rog ki yathasthiti ka pata laga kar uska ilaaz shuru kar sake.


    iss prakaar hum aise mansik rogiyon ka ilaaz kara kar poori duniya ko swasthya maanavon ka sansaar bana sakte hain aur apni aane wali peedi ko bhi ek poorn roop se swasthya sansaar de sakte hain.

yadi hum samay rahte mansik rogi ki pehchaan kar uska sahi ilaaz kara sake to duniya se aadhe zurm to waise bhi kam ho jaaynge kyon ki aadhe se jydada apraadh karne wale log bhi kisi na kisi maansik beemari se peedit hote hain kyon ki unme sahi aur galat ki samajh nahi hoti, wo sirf wo hi karna pasand karte hain jisse unhe khushi prapt ho,



doston yaha ye baat aapko bata du ki manovigyan na sirf maanav vyavhaar aur uske manovigyaan ka aanklan karta hai apitu ye pashu pakshiyon ke vyavhaar ka bhi aanklan karta hai, isliye ye na sirf maushya ke liye hai apitu sampoorn praniyon ke vyavhaar ke liye moolyankn ke liye parmaavshyak mana gaya hai..

      परंतु आज मनोचिकित्सक बहुत बड़ी मुश्किल में मिलते है, ये परेशानिया आज के समय में गाँव में ज्यादा होने लगी है। इसलिए मनोचिकित्सक के पास ज्यादा लोग पहुच नही पाते है।

      यदि आपके पास कोई ऐसे मनोचिकित्सक के नंबर हो जो की किसी गाँव में जाकर शिविर कैंप लगा सके तो अच्छा होगा।

      मैँ भी उनकी मदद कर सकता हूँ। यदि वो मेरे आसपास के स्थान पर आना चाहे तो।

      इससे बहुत से लोगो की ज़िन्दगी बदल सकती हैं।

  4. hiiii... meri ek frnd hai, jo mentally disturb hai, har chhoti chhoti baato ko sochna, kahana na khana, akele rehna, kisi se baat na karna, puarni baato ko yaad karna jisse wo jyada hi disturb ho jaati hai, chidchidi b rehti hai, sabhi se darti hai, akele mai kabhi kabhi roti rehti hai, uske sar mai kafi dard b rehta hai, treatment bhi karvaya tha but no effect, uski memory bhi week hoti jaa rahi hai, and the most thing is that wo sapne bunti hai just like that any body comes to her life and save her and give some happiness,
    meri bhi kutch problem he jinse ki muje bhut jaldi gussa a jata he or apne ap ko nukshan phuchane ki koshis krta hu mri sbse badi problem he ki me kishi kishi friend ko hamesha apne karib pana chahata hu but ab mujhe aisa nhi karna hai beacuse isse ham dono ko problem create ho sakti hai and kisi ki bhi problem ko apna samjhne lagta hu kyoki mere sath aisa kayi baar ho chuka he logo ne jhoot bol kar mera fayda uthaya he and i feel heart

Problem kaafi serious hai aapko jald hi kisi dimagi Dr. Se consult karna chahiye, rahi baat apki dost ki to yakinan ateet mein uske saath kuch bura hua h jise wo kisi se share b nai kar sakti, andar hi andar un baato ko yaad kar ghut rahi hai ya wo baate uske zahan she ja nahi pa rahi, me Dr. Se cunsult karne ke saath apni dost ka visheaash jeete, usse ahsaas dilaaye ki wo safe hai, I think uska aatmvishwaash bhi kam ho gaya h to usse badaye, and uske saath narmi me saath pesh aaye par aise jaise mareez se kar rahe hai, nahi to WO thin nai ho paygi and confident bhi nai ho paygi, Dr. Se ek baar mil jaroor me coz ho sakta hai apki dost ko medicine bhi deni pade...


      Aur rahi aapki prb to aapki beemari hai apka bholapan, kisi par jaldi yakin na Kare aap aur soch samajh me faisla le problem solve ho jayegi
